How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, it takes 24 hours to process and ship.
Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.
In rare cases, shipping may take 2–3 extra days due to high demand or courier delays.
If I order on Friday, will I receive it over the weekend?
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, so orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes.
Just contact us at clients@ragnatek.store and we’ll arrange the delivery date with our logistics team.
I entered the wrong shipping information. What can I do?
Please email us at clients@ragnatek.store within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, the order may already be prepared for shipping and changes may not be possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations or changes can be made within 12 hours of ordering — simply email us at clients@ragnatek.store.
After that, your order may already be packed and ready to ship, so modifications won't be possible.
What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Is there a warranty?
Yes.
If your product arrives defective or stops working due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace it for free.
Please notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.
Are your products the same as those sold in other stores?
Some products may look similar, but we carefully select higher-quality suppliers and ensure quality control.
If there is ever a problem, we will replace the product at no cost.

How long does the return process take?
Once we receive the returned item, processing can take up to 14 business days.
We’ll notify you via email once your return is completed.
Refunds for non-defective items do not include shipping fees.
