I've had terrible experiences buying from other online stores. Is Ragnatek reliable?

It's very unfortunate that you've had bad experiences with online shopping. We understand it's easy to be wary, and that's why we want to assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, in addition to our regular payment methods, we've decided to offer cash on delivery, so you can be confident that you'll receive your order without the hassles of typical online shopping.

What payment methods do you have available?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please note that once you place your order, it needs 24 hours to be processed and shipped. Since our shipments are Express, delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 days; however, we want to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments could be delayed by up to 2 or 3 additional days.

If I place an order on a Friday, will I receive it over the weekend?

We would like to inform you that we currently operate from Monday to Friday, so we do not ship on weekends. Please plan accordingly if you need to receive your order during those days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What if I need my order delivered on a specific date?

You can contact us via email at clients@ragnatek.store. Our shipping department will gladly schedule your delivery for the indicated day.

I made a mistake when entering the delivery details, what can I do?

In that case, please contact us via email at clients@ragnatek.store within 12 hours of purchase and provide us with the correct information.

Please note that after 12 hours, our products have already been packed and are ready for shipment, so we will not be able to change your order details.

Can I cancel or change an order?

What if I'm not satisfied with what I bought?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at clients@ragnatek.store, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return . After this period, your product will not be accepted for return. (According to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, as amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19)

If you decide to return an order, you should know that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when we shipped them to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, bent cards, broken seals, or torn plastic wrap will not be accepted. If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Do the products I buy have a warranty?

If any of the products you have received has a factory defect or malfunction, we will replace that product with a new one in good condition, free of charge.

Please note that you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your dissatisfaction . We also inform you that the warranty is not applicable if we consider that the damage is due to misuse of the product.

Are your products the same as those you sell in other stores?

Our products may have similar features to those of other stores, but their quality and service are superior. We strive to select only products of proven quality, and we are so committed to this that if you experience any issues with one of them, we will send you a new one completely free of charge.

What happens if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?

Please contact our customer service team at clients@ragnatek.store to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Proof of Purchase

  • Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)

  • Full shipping address

  • Phone number

In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to receive a refund or replacement.

How long does the refund process take?

Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be issued. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling charges.
